Our Story
Tim Williams went into construction straight out of high school and worked on his own for years before incorporating T. Morgan Construction in March 1998.
He and his wife Shani have run it together ever since, growing a full-time staff of professional remodelers rather than a list of subcontractors. It is a deliberate choice. The person framing your addition or setting your tile is our employee, which is what lets us stand behind the work.
We are a design/build remodeler, so the drawings and the construction come from the same team. Kitchens and baths, additions, porches, historic renovation and custom trim, all across Indianapolis.

Very rarely. Ninety percent or more of the work is carried out by our own full-time employees. We bring in licensed specialists where the trade calls for it, typically electrical, plumbing and roofing, but the person framing, tiling and trimming your home is on our payroll. That is what lets us keep control of the schedule and the standard of the finish.
We are based on East 30th Street in Indianapolis and work with homeowners across the city and the surrounding central Indiana communities. If you are not sure whether your address falls inside our area, call the office on 317-955-8984 and we will tell you straight away.
Yes. T. Morgan Construction is a licensed general contractor in Indiana, bonded, and carries both liability insurance and workers compensation cover. We are also an EPA Certified Renovator, which matters on older homes. A certificate of insurance is available on request, and we are happy to provide it before work begins.
Kitchens, bathrooms, room additions, decks, porches and patios, interior finishing such as basements and attics, and garages. Projects range from a single tub replacement through to a full second-storey addition or a whole-house renovation. If you are weighing up remodeling against moving, that is exactly the conversation we are useful for.
