Our Journey
Tim Williams has always been able to build with his hands whatever he can picture in his head. He started out on his own after high school and worked as a sole proprietor for around five years before incorporating on 8 March 1998 to keep up with the workload.
Shani came in to set the business up alongside him and remains the brakes to his gas. Today T. Morgan Construction runs with seven full-time and two part-time employees, and completes ninety percent or more of the actual work with its own crews. That is unusual in remodeling, and it is the reason we can hold a schedule and answer for the finish.
